Join the District of North Saanich for an 18-month journey as our next Executive Assistant, where you'll be at the heart of local government operations, directly supporting the Mayor, Chief Administrative Officer, and the Director of Corporate Services.

In this role, you'll wield your research and administrative skills to craft crucial background materials, prepare agendas and minutes, and handle both routine and specialized correspondence. Your days will be filled with varied tasks—from scheduling key meetings to engaging with the public—ensuring no two days are the same.

We're looking for someone with a post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or a related field, bolstered by a certificate in Local Government Administration. Ideally, you’ll bring at least three years of pertinent experience to the table, though equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience are warmly welcomed.
