QUALIFICATIONS We Need A Leader That Can What It Takes To Do The Job

  • Manage the operations of the municipality in a responsible and cost-effective manner
  • Leadership
  • Lead a management team in the implementation of Council decisions
  • A minimum of five (5) successful years as a senior municipal leader.
  • Engage, inform and inspire Council and staff
  • Degree in Public or Business Administration or related field
  • Provide progressive policy and strategic advice to Council
  • Certified Municipal Officer (CMO) or equivalent municipal designation
  • Provide overall financial management and fiscal policy development in consultation with the municipal treasury.
  • Extensive knowledge, understanding and interpretation of applicable legislations and regulations
