Clerk 4 – Freedom of Information and Records

 Regular Full-Time

Reporting to the Freedom of Information Supervisor, the Clerk 4 – FOI and Records provides support in processing Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) requests, and provides general support to Records Management. The Clerk 4 – FOI and Records also acts as the back up for Council Meeting Agenda preparation in the absence of the Clerk 4 – Agenda Coordinator.   

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, the ability to deal with people in a professional manner, thorough knowledge of office procedures, practices, and operations, and preferably local government experience. The requirements include a minimum of three year’s experience in an administrative capacity, or as a Legal Administrative Assistant, as well as either of the following an Office Administration Certificate, Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
