ABOUT THE ROLE
The Town of Drayton Valley is seeking an Aquatic Facility Manager to ensure the provision of programs, activities, events and services that relate to the Park Valley Pool and soon our new Aquatic Facility.

Drayton Valley is a vibrant diverse community of 7,200 sitting high above the North Saskatchewan River. Drayton Valley offers many of the services and amenities usually found in larger communities. Drayton Valley’s New Aquatic Facility, opening in the near future, includes a 25 meter, 8 lane lap pool that will be deep enough for safe diving! This new pool will also be dimensioned and outfitted to suit regional and Canadian competitions standards with a large viewing area. The leisure pool, which will have a lazy river and multiple spray features, will be warm enough for small child comfort! In addition to the two pools, this new recreational facility will also have a multi-purpose room, steam room, hot tub, family change room.

Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum Level V Qualifications
• Requires 5 years of experience with a Recreation Degree or 10 years of deck experience in the absence of a degree.
