Deputy Chief Administrative Officer
The Town of La Ronge is a scenic lake side community offering a full range of services and amenities located in the heart of Northern Saskatchewan with a population of approximately 3,000. The community offers natural beauty and an outdoor recreation paradise. Visitors travel from around the globe to experience the outdoor adventures that this region offers, and La Ronge is the hub of that region.
The Town is poised for positive growth and change, and we are seeking an experienced manager with strong organization, critical thinking, and communication skills to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the Deputy CAO will lead and support capital projects, strategic initiatives, and special assignments that will move the team, organization, and community forward.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years management experience, preferably in a local government setting. That said, your credentials and experience may be in any number of fields, such as such as project management, engineering, planning, mapping, business and public administration, or other relevant areas. A valid Class 5 driver license is required.
The Town offers an excellent benefits package, and the salary scale for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 (depending on qualifications and experience). Interested candidates shall forward their cover letter, resume, and salary expectations to:
