Position Overview
The Port Moody Recreation Department is seeking personable, experienced and dynamic Recreation Instructors to lead tennis classes during the summer season for a variety of ages in a recreational setting.

This position is responsible for planning and leading a variety of tennis programs in a recreational setting and provides a safe learning environment for participants.

Shifts currently available are Sundays only for Preschool and Children.  Positions will be filled as needed and the posting will remain open until all positions are filled.   Please note that employment with the City of Port Moody is subject to the receipt of a satisfactory police records check.    Please submit your application online @ www.portmoody.ca/jobs by the posting close date.

Basic Qualifications
  • Related experience working with preschoolers, children or youth
  • Experience coordinating and leading a tennis program
  • Tennis Canada Instructor Level certification
  • CPR and a Level 1 First Aid
  • High Five certification is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
