The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) is located in the southern interior of British Columbia. Our Planning and Development Department is currently seeking a:

Watershed Planner

(Permanent Full-Time)

The position of Watershed Planner is primarily responsible for the implementation of the goals and actions in the Kettle River Watershed Management Plan. Candidates should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in geography, environmental science, biology, land use planning or a related discipline. The candidate should also have a minimum of two years experience in a water stewardship or similar position, preferably with a local government.
