The Communications Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic goals and activities which are influenced by our clients, stakeholders and staff. The position also works with the media, supports staff engagement, and strengthens the profile and understanding of the PGT and its role through effective internal and external communication activities.

Qualifications for this role include:
- Post-secondary degree in public relations, journalism, communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience working in or with media or in a public relations/corporate communications environment
- Minimum of 1 year experience having direct responsibility for internal and external communication needs of a corporate or public sector program including issues management.
