The City of Victoria is currently recruiting for a Supervisor for Fleet and Power Equipment Maintenance, a position best suited for a solutions-oriented professional who is experienced in the overall supervision of busy dynamic maintenance shop. Responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of a preventative maintenance program covering all assets within a municipality ranging from light duty support fleet, commercial vehicles and specialised Public Works and Parks equipment. This role will have the opportunity to help modernise the Fleet and Power Equipment sections, supervising approx. 20 staff. Also be a leading member of the leadership team as the city transitions to a new comprehensive Asset Management system; a solutions orientated perspective and creative approach is a must.   Our ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder, proud to represent the City and work proactively with others while delivering excellence in customer service. If you are passionate about what you do – we would like to hear from you!
