8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Winter) 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Summer)
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Human Resources Advisor with a breadth of experience to join our Human Resources team.
You are known for your strong work ethic, superior communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem solving capabilities, and demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple and competing demands.
Our preferred candidate will have a strong labour relations background in a unionized environment.
- Undergraduate degree in Business with a major in Human Resources; OR equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Minimum of five years of human resources or labour relations experience, preferably in a unionized environment; and
- Eligible for certification as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
