Administration / Human Resources Officer

29.20 - $31.02 per hour

Applications are invited for the full-time position of Administration / Human Resources Officer in the Corporate Services Department for the District of North Saanich. Working in the Corporate Services Department, the Administration / Human Resources Officer performs a variety of routine and non-routine technical, analytical and administrative work. The position is also a key resource for the Human Resource team charged with participating in and supporting the delivery of human resource activities.  The incumbent will be required to work outside the normal working hours from time to time.

Applicants must have a post-secondary diploma in public administration, human resources management, or related discipline and six years’ of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

This position is a Union position and is subject to the terms and conditions in the collective agreement between District of North Saanich and the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 374.
