Vice President, Customer Operations

The Vice President, Customer Operations is a newly-created role developed to move the LTSA toward a more customer-centric approach in all its products and services, ensuring a seamless, fair and consistent experience for all of the LTSA’s customers and clients.

Driving a culture of customer service and operations excellence through the identification of customer experience pain points and improvement opportunities as well as driving a common approach and process for delivering work across LTSA, the Vice President will support the Authority’s culture of continuous improvement and innovative service delivery.

As the ideal candidate, you are a seasoned, nimble leader, well-versed in effecting change in the improvement of operations and customer service delivery. With the customer experience being core to your success, you are a skilled operational leader who has worked within a highly regulated function or organization, and who has leveraged technology to enable business process transformation in a traditional business environment. Entrepreneurial, visionary, yet able to roll up the sleeves, you have a track record in leading diverse teams, integrating various functions to focus on coming together to meet common goals and objectives. You have outstanding relationship skills and the ability to work with all of the LTSA’s unique customer groups, while remaining committed to maintaining the integrity of the organization’s data, systems and process. Your experience is augmented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or similar.
