Do you have a passion for aquatics and customer service? The Crystal Pool is seeking motivated and energetic Lifeguard / Instructors to join our dedicated and customer focused team. These are auxiliary positions and will best appeal to those looking for a flexible schedule with a range of hours available. We are a team oriented environment and staff development is key for us – we offer six paid in-service training sessions each year in addition to other support and opportunities as they arise. This is a rewarding position filled with opportunity for self-development and career advancement – you will not only make a difference in your own life but in the lives of others.
