The City of Nelson is currently recruiting for a regular full time ARBORIST / UTILITY ARBORIST to assist our team of professionals in the Public Works and Parks Department. 

Under the supervision of the Public Works & Parks Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing Arborist and Utility Arborist duties as well as some aspects of park maintenance.

In return, the City of Nelson offers a rate of pay of $33.84 plus a 3% Trade premium while performing Arborist/Utility Arborist duties and provides a comprehensive benefits package. The terms and conditions of employment are in accordance with the CUPE Collective Agreement.
