We are seeking a Team Lead – Information Technology (Project Manager). This is analytical and administrative work at the supervisory level in support of the organization’s Enterprise and Departmental systems and projects.  Responsibilities include leading multiple project teams, overseeing the planning, implementation and tracking of specific projects from the beginning to end, tracking and monitoring project budgets and forecasts, managing project timelines, deliverables, risks and issues.  This position will define the project scope, create work plans according to project management plans, and participate in simultaneous IT projects to a successful completion working closely with stakeholders, Managers, Business Analysts and other staff. Plans, assigns, leads, supervises and reviews the work of functional and technical staff, conducts employee appraisals, identifies opportunities for staff development, participates in the hiring of employees. Potential projects include Learning Management System, Accounts Payable automation, Online Time Entry and Approval, Employee Self-Service access extension. Performs related work as required.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Public Administration or a related discipline, and considerable related experience at the project management or supervisory level, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.  Project Management certification or equivalent are preferred (example: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge of information technology systems including Enterprise-level commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications, Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Cloud and Web applications, as well as project planning techniques, problem definition and analysis related to business processes and systems planning.  Demonstrated ability to develop logical solutions to problems, assess the implications of change, present project updates in non-technical language to various levels of stakeholders, maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts, and to provide ongoing advice and assistance related to the work.  Skilled with MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a nine-day fortnight schedule.  Hours of work: 70 hours bi-weekly; 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM with a regular day off every two weeks.
