The Pool Janitor performs routine janitorial and minor pool, building and equipment maintenance work at CG Brown Memorial Pool on the night shift. The work involves cleaning offices, and public areas; vacuuming the pool; refilling dispensers and performing pool and building maintenance tasks in accordance with specific procedures and practices. Performs other related work as required.
Qualifications include up to high school completion supplemented by some experience in janitorial work and minor maintenance of building and equipment, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance, BSW and/or Pool Operator 1 certificates are considered assets.
This is a regular part time opportunity: 48 hours bi-weekly; Friday, Saturday & Sunday (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
