Join our Human Resources team and be part of making the City the best place to work in the Okanagan! We are seeking someone with a positive outlook, a can-do attitude and fantastic inter-personal and communication skills. Generally, you will provide administrative assistance, coordinate awards events and training for staff, administer the HR budget and report on spending and other statistics, help the recruitment team and do reception. You have a positive impact as the first point of contact for new employees!

Contribute to our strongly collaborative, diverse team and provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external clients. You have related experience and knowledge of HR best practices, with post-secondary education in human resources, HR software systems, business and/or finance. You enjoy using computers & systems effectively, and you are detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, a self-starter and enjoy building relationships.
