Position Overview
The City of Port Moody is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual as an Auxiliary Convenor.

The position is responsible for patron admissions at Kyle Centre. Duties will also include cash handling, answering public inquries, assisting with a variety of customer service needs and monitoring public conduct. This position may process registrations on occasion.

This position will work various auxiliary shifts, including evenings and weekends.   Please note that employment with the City of Port Moody is subject to the receipt of a satisfactory police records check and also a satisfactory driver’s abstract.  Please apply online @ by the posting close date.

Basic Qualifications
  • Grade 12 education plus a minimum of six months' related experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Computer experience (keyboarding/data entry)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience working in a recreation setting and familiarity with the Class registration system would be an asset
