Come join our Police Services team to support the RCMP in maintaining a safe community for our citizens. You will develop and implement effective communication of policies/procedures to improve information management efficiency and ensure the quality and integrity of the records management system.

Evaluate, prioritize and manage departmental workloads and conduct regular audits on RCMP databases to ensure data and content meet the RCMP requirements. Develop and implement efficient work flow, policies and procedures for information management. Comprehensive knowledge of uniform crime reporting (UCR), Canadian Centre for Justice Statistics (CCJS), Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) and Access to Information and Privacy Act (ATIP) is essential. Possessing a management degree or related with experience in the policing environment, you will lead the team responsible for operational record management of the Kelowna RCMP Regional Detachments. You must obtain and maintain an RCMP enhanced security clearance.
