About the role:
Reporting to the Mayor and City Council, you will provide strategic vision, leadership and guidance on the general management of the corporation as well; participate in the overall direction of the municipality.
As a leader, you seek to engage our approximately 1000 employees and inspire excellence as you demonstrate by example the corporate values of integrity, respect, inclusiveness and service.
As a successful senior executive, you are a proven consensus-builder with strong change management skills and the ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders. You have implemented strategic plans, large complex initiatives and created opportunities for economic prosperity.
As our City’s most senior administrative official, you are committed to our city’s mission, values and vision of making Cambridge a place for people to prosper - alive with opportunity.
