The City of Victoria is looking for an individual with the right set of skills and experience to join the Strategic Real Estate group in the position of Property Officer. The work of the Strategic Real Estate group is key to supporting the quality management of the City’s real property holdings to meet the City’s current and future real property needs.
The position of Property Officer is best suited for an individual that is solutions-orientated that understands multi-party negotiations and is able to work well in fast paced environment. Attention to detail and workplace organization are also considered assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in real estate, leasing or project management that supports their ability to deliver on a diverse portfolio of projects and real property transactions.
In addition to being a natural team player and relationship builder, the candidate should be customer service focused, be keen to work proactively to deliver high quality real property and project services to internal and external stakeholders.
